Urethral stricture

Patient: Dear dr, this is emma. Im 22 years old. I went to remove a urine acid kidney stone in late feb this year.. I have been having urethral stricture since mid march. then i went for dilation twice. however, i still can’t urine in normal flow. the urine constantly goes up to my kidney and i feel slightly painful both side from time to time. i don’t know what to do. what i realised is that i can urine in normal flow when i go travelling. while i got home, my period came and then i have problem with the same problem again and now I’m stuck. i don’t want to go through any surgery again because it won’t help me. what should i do? i am currently taking USANA products and drink coconut oil.
