Urinary or blood conditions

Patient : Hi My daughters and I have been diagnosed with a benign form of increased urinary orotate excretion. Our blood group is B-neg. We can't seem to find an simple explanation as to what this actually is, and how it effects us. We realise it's benign and are not worried, however we would like to know in layman's terms what is does to our bodies etc. if anything! Many thanks
