Urination Problem

Patient

Q: Hi, I started experiencing symptoms of the flu Sunday evening. I was vomiting and having diarrhea, and this lasted for less than 12 hours. I started noticing that I was barely urinating over this period of time. After I had no symptoms of the flu, I returned to drinking water normally in order to replace the fluids I had lost. When I urinated again, it was dark orange, cloudy, and foul-smelling. I have had UTI's before and experienced extreme pain with them, and I had no pain during this urination. I went almost 24 hours without peeing again because I didn't even have the urge to, even with drinking lots of fluids. It is now 3 days after the flu has went away, and my urine is still dark orange, cloudy, and foul-smelling. Also, I have not had a bowel movement for 3 days. What could this be and what should I do?
