Patient : I'm not going 'number 2' as much as I think I should. I am 13 years old and I usually only go number 2 every few weeks, maybe longer. I read around and saw that most people should be going at least once a day. I don't have any major heath issues and my diet is pretty balanced, though I never eat bread because I don't really like the taste of it. I don't take vitamin pills or fiber pills or anything like that. Should I consider taking fiber pills or eating more bread? Are there any possible reasons why I'm not going number 2 as much as I should be?
