Uttres removing surgery

Q: My mother 's age is 50 . She is suffering with over bleeding from past 18 months & she has fybroid. Recently when we consult a doctor for Uttres removing surgery they have conducted few medical tests and found she has diabetis as well (260). Blood is also 45-50%. Is it safe to go for surgery now ? will there be any complications ? Without surgery any medication to stop over bleeding ?
