Vaginal bleeding

Patient : Hi, I am a 36 year old female and I have been experiencing vaginal bleeding for 4 months every single day. I also have ITP (65,000 blood count), endometriosis and fibroids. At the end of July, my gynecologist advised me to take the active pills only so that the pain and bleeding would stop. The pain stopped for three months (bleeding during this time) but now the pain has come back. My question is, should I seek medical attention from the gynecologist or hematologist? I don't know why I've been bleeding for 4 months straight and the source of the bleeding. Thank You, Lynnsie
