Vaginal burning

Patient: I put this under urinary tract infection because I have no idea what it is. For a start, I’m a WF year old female, and have been having this trouble over the past few years. Every now and then my vagina, (the outside of it and just barely the inside) will burn. Not exactly when I urinate, but when I’m just sitting there. I know, I know, go to the doctor. But I can’t, so please don’t say that. Anyway, its not an STD because I’ve never had sex. I have noticed that it gets worse with any certain foods. I’ve taken pills for urinary pain relief, the ones that turn your urine orange, they help OKAY but not great. It seems to help if I drink cranberry juice but not always. I’d say it happens at least once a week and is usually very bad and I can’t get my mind off of it. What could this be?
