Vaginal burning during and after sex

Q: Hi, I'm 18, I've been to the doctors often enough to know i dont have an std or any infections (at least ive been treated for a few even when we didnt know if i had them), im wondering if its normal for my vagina to be sensitive during sex. Usually right after my period, which i use tampons during, having sex makes my vagina burn during and after for a little. is this normal? it did that really often a few months ago and we stopped using latex condoms because i didnt know if that was the cause of it or not. ive had one other sex partner and he wasnt as big as the one i have now. I dont remember it burning before.. i have no idea whats causing this so i dont know what to do.. please help me :)
