Valium dosage My grandma has been taking 5mg of Valium

Patient

Q: Valium dosage. My grandma has been taking 5mg of Valium since she was a young adult because of a skiing accident. She is now 78 and in a nursing home for rehabilitation after a fall. The nursing home is giving her 10mg twice a day. She seems to have given up and is going on 5 weeks I'm the home, could the increase of valium dose be a cause of this?
