Vanishing effort

Patient : Dear Doctor my father is a heart patient before that he had his gall bladder operation,few years back. He is 66 years of age now. Almost a week ago his stomach began paining very hard with continuous vomiting, he was hospitalized, doctor after examined concluded to have some acetic fluid. That acetic fluid after certain tests, not found to be malignant still he is vomiting, sometime yellowish and now in copper colour, doctor has given further tests . Im really worried, is there any treatment for this symptoms
