Very Concerned Patient

Patient : Hi my name is Kanedra I'm 24 years old 2 weeks ago I had my second laparoscopy to remove adhesion. A few days after surgery I was having upper abdominal pain pressure in the middle of my chest and I was hospitalized. They said it was basically that I need to have a bowl movement. Well I am concerned because I am still having abdominal and pelvic pain its a stabbing burning type sensation and some times crampy. And this week I have been having constant migraines and abdominal pains, but last night and this morning my stool has been red and I am nauseated i've been vomiting and I am very scared and concerned. What should I do, should i wait til Monday and call my doctor or go to the emergency room asap?
