Very high values of Anti Toxo Ig G

Patient

Q: Hello,
I have just received my results from my 12 week blood tests and there are 3 items (antibodies) that have me particularly worried (everything else is well within range). My Anti-Toxo Ig G is 382 (way high) while the Ig M is 0.152 (within the lab's range). Citomegalovirus Ig G is 426 and Ig M is 0.241. Likewise rubeola virus Ig G is 210 and Ig M is 0.281. We are leaving the country in 1 day and my next appointment with the ob/gyn is in 3 weeks. Is this urgent? I'm currently 14 weeks pregnant and want to know if I need treatment for these viruses, if I can wait until the next appointment and/or if there's anything I can do in the meantime.

Thank you!

Julia
