Very slight urethra pain *male*

Patient

Q: I have noticed some very light irritation in the urethra of my penis. I was wondering if this is of any concern of a STD? I received oral sex 6 weeks ago and this is the first symptoms that i have noticed that seem odd. There is no painful urination, discharge, sores, etc. to speak of. Again, it is a very light irritation in the urethra that comes and goes. It's been going on like 2 days now. When i woke up, it was fine. After i masterbated, i noticed it again. Wondering if this raises any alarms for anything. Thank you.

Symptoms:  very slight occasional irritation in urethra.
