Very underweight, with no appetite. Is something wrong?

Patient : Hello I am a 29 year old male. I am 5' 9" and I weigh 125lbs. I applied for life insurance and I fell out of the top two brackets due to being underweight. My problem is I have a complete lack of appetite. I can easily go through a day barely eating anything. I do not get the feelings of hunger. Is there something wrong with me that keeps me from wanting to eat? I've done some research and hear a B12 deficiency could be a cause, but when I took supplements of that, I did not notice a change.
