Very worried

Patient

Q: Hi, my partner gave birth to our daughter at 6:07am on the 8th of December 2013 and earlier today her breasts have gotten very tender and painful to touch, they are also bright red and leaking milk, she is not breast feeding and has found rather large lumps in both of her breasts, what could this be? And how can it be resolved?
