Virus

Patient: My son is constantly sick with a fever, runny nose, bad cough, wheezing, difficulty in breathing (his body breaths with much effort) and sore throat. His been in hospital 3 times this month already. Antibiotics don’t help. We nebulize him daily and he also uses budaflem twice a day. The doctor took a sample of his mucus – sent it to the lab and they said that he has the metapneumovirus. He was admitted to the hospital yesterday again – no they say it is croup. Please advice.
