Visible veins throughout fingers and palms.

Patient : Hello, I'm just wondering whether you could shed some light on something for me to better understand. I'm 18yrs, female. I can see very clearly each little/big vein that runs on my inner (palm) and outer hand, but I can also see quite clearly the veins running through my fingers, from top to bottom. I get that heat will make them 'bulge' more, but even in cold whether I can still see each vein, just more vibrantly. I was just wondering what your view/opinion is on this. Normal, abnormal, a sign of something? Thank you.
