I've just recently been taking Cod liver oil for vitamin D, but feel like I am experiencing vitamin A overdose. I took 3/4ths of a teaspoon and am wondering if there was anything I could to to flush out the Vitamin A, and when I should seek medical help? I don't think it's too severe, but I want to know the line. I am 19 and female, 108 lbs.
Symptoms: Dizziness (mostly just pressure behind the eyes), fatigue, sensitivity to light
