Vitamin B12 levels usually are never on the higher side. This can be seen as test false positive, where due to few conditions the levels can be calibrated as high. If the levels are really high, it implicates that the patient is suffering from underlying disorders like liver failure, renal failure, blood cancers, etc. Followup with a physician for further advise.
