Vitamins for toddlers

Patient

Q: What is the good vitamins for toddlers?

Doctor

A:   When a child is not eating enough good things, usually we recommend taking Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin D. Usually, any multivitamin for toddlers should do the trick. There are many schools of thoughts on this subject though as many people feel children should not be taking multi v's. I am completely for toddlers who don't have the best diet taking them.
