Wanting an ostomy

Q: I have a question. I am a very healthy male to female transsexual. As a transgender person I have tried a lot of things. Most recently I have started to enjoy having a catheter in my urethra. It brings a very good sense of well being for me to have it in there. I have recntly also been kicking around the idea of having an illiostomy put in and having my colon removed. I am wanting to do this because of a family history of colon problems in my grandparents. I would rather go through the rest of my life with a bag on my waist rather than the uncertanty that my colon is going to fail me when I get older. I know that this is a tall order but would a surgeon even do this operation on a healthy person.
