It may help to increase portion size, by using a slightly larger plate or bowl than normal. High energy protein drinks may provide extra nutrition and calories and are available at most drug stores. I would recommend attending a dietician for a calorie rich diet plan, with regular weight monitoring and follow-up to improve weight and overall health in Coeliac Disease.
