Patient : I m 19 year girl. my weight is 64 kg. my height is 5.3 , i used to b slim till i was 17. after this i started to gain weight. i hav developed habits of overeating n less work out.now i m trying to loose weight. suggest me how to do so. i can go for aerobics because people say by the time u leave it.u gain double weight. tell me the proper way i to loose weight forever.
