Patient :I am 15 years old , 68 kilos , 158cm i tried many diets , but i started to change my lifestyle ( no coke , no chips , no fast food ) , i lost weight from 75 kilos to 68 kilos , i am also a javalin thrower , long jumper , handball player , i am not lazy but the last 2 years i was lazy ,
i workout about a day at least 3 hours , from 3 up to 5
6 days a week or even the whole week my problem is that when i lose weight i only lose belly fat i don't lose legs fat , thanks
