Patient :I'm a 20 year old female and I've been trying to lose weight for years. I'm 5'2 and weigh 130 lbs although I would like to be between 115-120. I eat MAX 1200 calories a day, if that. I work out daily, often twice a day with spin classes and hiking as well as walking fast paced on the treadmill. I have eliminated carbs from my diet yet I still have not lost a lb but rather gained 2. I'm feeling extremely frustrated and hopeless, could there be an explanation for this?
