Weight Loss for Rheumatoid Arthritis Patient

Q: My mother has been suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since year 2000.She also has hypo-thyroidism with high palpitation.Because of rheumatoid arthritis,doctors suggested steroids medicines, which led her gain weight.Now she is over weight and also have stopped taking those steroid medicines.In year 2011 she had gall bladder stone operation in which her gall blader was removed.She is unable to perform physical activities and condition has been deteriorating.


Could you please suggest some ways to reduce her weight along with helping alleviating rheumatoid arthritis.

Symptoms:  Obesity,Rheumatoid Arthritis,High Palpitation,Hypo Thyroidism,Fatty liver
