Patient :Hi, I have one question... I am 15, I am 5'11 and I weigh 166 I have basically fat and no muscle at all. I want to lose 20 pounds, to be 166. If i lose 20 pounds and get my body thin enough to be 10% body fat. then put the muscle on is that possible?
