Patient : I am a 35yrs old woman, i work full time as a care assistant so as you can imagine i do not sit down much during my shift. I work out at the gym between 5-6 days a week burning approx 1000 calories. I eat no more that 1000 calories if that more like less than that. I drink 2 bottles of wine at the weekend. I have a hormone in balance. I am told to eat less and exercise more but then told by my gym not to over do it as my body needs rest and if i eat any less i will not be eating much. Please can you advise me on why i am not losing weight?
