Patient: Hi, Im 17 years old at about 5 feet 5 inches. Last time I checked I was currently at 210 pounds. I’m excerising, but my family has a very low budget for food, so we tend to buy the really bad “knock off” brands. I am eatting less, but less of the wrong kind of food, like cereal, soups, sandwiches. Etc.. My question is how much time should I put into excerising to see results while eatting (less) of the carbs?
