Weight problem

Patient : I currently am 26 yrs old and i used to weigh 351 lbs and decided to join the navy and after a year and a half of diet and excercise to meet weight standards i left for basic training weighing 221 lbs. now i am in the fleet and have very little time to work out the way I used to (run every day and excercise every night and also eat the way i used to). Now i am in the 270's and very ashamed of myself. I want to and need to get back to my old weight but have little time to devote 100% of my time to it. while i was dieting and excercising prior to basic training i had no job so i did have a lot of time on my hands. is there anything you can recomend to me to help me with weight loss (i.e supplements or vitamins?) I do try to eat healthy and i do for the most part. please write me back.
