Weight vs. Low triglycerides

Patient

Q: I am 18 and overweight. Recently, I have gotten my weight to be at least consistent at 200lbs (I'm 5'8"), which is the same I weighed when I was 13. I have a good diet and exercise very regularly. I had a blood test recently and found that I have very low triglyceride levels (39 mg-dL) and good levels all around. My question is, how can I be this overweight and unable to lose weight, yet have such low blood triglyceride levels? It doesn't make sense to me.
