I have weird eating habits that are not intentional at all. I usually eat cereal or eggs for breakfast, and I never eat lunch, then I eat a healthy dinner. I will eat when I am hungry but I am not hungry often. When I am hungry is usually at night or evening. I don't know what's up with this but I know my metabolism is probably thrown off. I just want to know why I'm not eating because I'm not trying to skip meals, I'm just not hungry. I often have low energy but again that could be because of my high stress life. Also, sometimes I feel really hungry and sit down to eat dinner and take a few bites then feel stuffed. At that point the thought of eating makes me sick. I'm frustrated and don't know what to do. Help.
