Patient :Well, im 13 and i suffer from sleep loss, not huge its just i want it to stop as it is affecting my school life. i normally wake up around 2 oclock for no reason at all. this has been happening for a while. i do have an appointment with a doctor and my perents are aware but my appointment isnt until the end of next month. i am also astmatic, and not long ago i use to cough during my sleep also for an unknown reason.. can you give me some suggestions on how to sleep better please. thankyou.
