Patient :Hi there, I am 17 and 116 pounds. I exercise for at least an hour daily. I weight train three times a week and I do a variety of cardio exercises from swimming, walking, running, biking and dancing. I have even done two triathlons within the last month and a half. I eat very healthy! I eat every three hours consisting of fair meal sizes and a few small snack throughout the day. I don't over eat and i eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I try and incorporate protein into every meal and eat organic when possible. I can't remember the last time i had junk food. I drink two litres of water a day and I only drink skim milk and water. I don't drink any type of sugary drinks. I take iron as prescribed every other morning as well as zinc. However, despite how insanely healthy and fit I am, I still have a fair amount of belly fat and I'm not sure what I am doing wrong? I have read that belly fat can be connected to heart issues and other health problems. Should I be concerned?
