What are the odds of pregnancy in this particular situation?

Patient : I've been on birth control for two months but I skipped one pill during the first week of this month. I'm now on my second week. Last night I had sex, but used the pull out method. He withdrew very very early, but there's still precum to worry about. Is there any chance of pregnancy? Also, I don't take my pills at the exact same time, but always within the same two hours. Also, he did urinate before sex, and some say that urination eliminates sperm in Precum. I do not know if that's proven though.
