Loss of sleep and insomnia are becoming extremely common in today's competitive environment with serious work pressure all the time.
If it is due to your work and late night shifts, I will advise you take a 30 minute brisk walk before bedtime and you can also take melatonin tablets for a few days. This helps in regularizing the sleep pattern.
