What causes a wheezing sound when moving upper body?

Q: Is it normal to hear a wheezing sound when turning side to side? I've noticed when I move or turn my upper body side to side I hear a very distinct sound coming from my lungs. Its like a wheezing/gasping sound of what I believe is air being pushed out of my lungs. I hear it every time I move my upper body side to side. When I move my shoulders side to side it make a sound like breathing in and out though I am not doing so. I was curious whether this was normal or cause for concern.
