What Disorder?

Patient

Q: I have been doing some research, trying to find information on disorders and that kind of stuff. The disorder I found closest to my situation is "Innactive-type ADD". Here's the deal: My mother always seems to never finish a thing. It's not major things. Things such as; not finishing the last of the dishes- she always leaves a couple of dirty dishes. When she eats something, she never finishes the last bite. She leaves the corner of her sandwhich sitting on the counter. Stuff like this. My older brother says that this such thing is a kind of disorder. Something like she has a fear of finishing things and not knowing if she will have anything else to do with her life. If there is a name for something like this, please let me know.
