What do my xray results mean?

Patient : Had xrays of my neck & spine due to continuous pain in neck, back, arms; & numbness in left arm, hand, leg, & foot. Results are: "Minimal anterolisthesis of C2 on C3 on neutral and flexion with normal alignment on extension." -AND- "Degenerative changes noted T11-12 through L1-L2. No listhesis or spondylolysis. Vertebral body heights are maintained. Leftward lateral wedging T12 vertebral body is noted on the AP view. This could be secondary to degenerative changes or remote trauma." Is this good, bad, what's it mean?
Symptoms:  Continuous pain in neck, back, arms; & numbness in left arm, hand, leg, & foot.
