What does it mean when you start to lose your senses?

Q: What does it mean when you start to lose your senses?
I know this may sound weird, but recently I started to lose my sense of taste, sight, and hearing, not just a little bit, but a lot. It's quite scary, and I have no idea what it could be. It's been going on for about a month now, and it's getting worse, I don't have a cold or anything so that couldn't be the cause. I'm sixteen and this has never happened to me before. I'm not sure what to do or even what sort of doctor to go to about the problem. Do you know what it could be?
