What does my mri results mean?

Patient : I had an MRI done. This is what the findings are... The vertebral bodies are intact throughout the lumbar region. There is no evidence of fracture, marrow infiltration or vertebral malilignment. Disc space height is well maintained. There are degenerative disc disease changes at L4-L5 and L5-S1 is manifested by loss of water content of the discs with disc bulging at both levels. There are superimposed central to left paracentral disc protrusions at both levels without thecal sac contour deformity. The neural foramina are patent throughout the lumbar region. The paravertebral soft tissues are intact. What does this mean?
