I understand your concern.
Possibly she might have mentioned that gestational sac is observed in ultrasound.
Usually by 4 to 5 weeks of gestation, gestational sac can be seen but to observe the fetal pole it may take one more week and to observe fetal cardiac activity six weeks has to be completed.
So, better to wait for two more weeks and repeat the ultrasound.
