There are no special foods for diabetes.
These days the concept of food is related to glycemic index- food with low glycemic index are preferred in diabetes, like-- apple, pappaya, berries, cherries, peaches, apricot, pears, kiwis etc while food with high glycemic index like mango, should be taken in low amount.
