FDA of USA has limited the dose of Tylenol to the maximum of 4000 mg in 24 hours for an adult with normal weight and has no liver diseases.
Per kg of body weight, the dose comes to be maximum 15 mg per kg per dose not exceeding 1000 mg and not more than 4 gm in 24 hours.
