Patient : I am 20-year old male. I have a pain in the coccyx. they told me it is broken. I have attached the X-ray image CT-scan findings:abnormal angle formation noted at the sacro-cocaygeal area with sclerotic changes noted at the articular surface between S5 and CO1, which appears slightly displaced and Sclerotic bony changes of S1 vertebra Please, can you tell me if there is a need for surgery? I am so afraid from that. Thanks
