What Is This?

Q: There was a bump on my hip that had been there for roughly 4-5 months and the skin around it turn black as though the skin was dead. One night if finally got tired of it and applied pressure to it about it broke the skin. What came out of it looked as though someone had placed a pebble into my skin. Now there is a permanent scar with discoloration but it has not returned to that spot since. About a week ago i noticed a bump on my right breast with some of the same issues as the bump that was on my hip. This one seems to be a big bigger and more red. There is brusing around the bump. The slightest thing touching it causes extreme pain, even extremely loose clothing or a seatbelt. Are these two things connected and do i have to worry about this coming back on any other part of my body? The main thing though is what exactly is this and how to i get rid of it?
