What OTC medications are safe to use?

Patient

Q: My niece is 17 years old, weighs approx. 140lbs, has a runny nose and head congestion. No fever and is taking 70mg vyvanse and 40mg Prozac daily. Looking for OTC options that won't interfere with these medications. Recently became her guardian and have no idea what is safe for her to take for the common changing of the season allergies. Will make doctors appointment if necessary but hate to wait for 2 days to get in if she's able to take an OTC just as easy.

Symptoms:  Head congestion, runny nose
