What should my shoulder surgeon be telling me or doing?

Q: I had rotator cuff surgery 6 weeks ago, that included a type 1 SLAP repair, full thickness tear of superaspinatus tendon and near complete tear of inferaspinatus tendon and a large bone spur .... 10 days after surgery during passive physical therapy @ 90 degrees my should subluxed or dislocated....sudden sever pain off the charts .....shoulder went "back in place " and pain ended just as abruptly.....this has happened 4 times now in the first 6 weeks post op...my shoulder was not unstable prior to surgery.....what should I be hearing from my surgeon?

Symptoms:  Sudden severe pain ( definite 10) when arm is raised to about 90 degrees , I feel an entense pulling sensation, I can point to the pain !
