Doctor

A:   Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor.
I understand your concern.

For fungal infection of nails, oral antifungals are advised like fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole.
In case of toe nail involvement, prolonged course is required.
Also topical antifungals like clotrimazole are also applied.
Keep the area clean and dry .
Visit your doctor so that he can examine you. He may order nail clipping test for fungal elements also.
You can share my opinion with him.

I hope it helps.
Stay healthy
