Doctor :   Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor. I understand your concern. For fungal infection of nails, oral antifungals are a dvised like fluconazole / terbinafine / itraconazole. In case of toe nail involvement, prolonged course is required. Also topical antifungals like clotrimazole are also applied. Keep the area clean and dry . Visit your doctor so that he can examine you.
