Patient : This isn't really related but I wasn't sure what category to put it in. I'm curious on when you actually need water. Is it true that if you don't want any water, and drinking it begins to disgust you (after you've say had 3 glasses) your body doesn't need it? Or should you not rely on whether you can drink it and want it or not.
